We're now looking for two ambitious, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Leeds. What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the face of our homes in our on-site Marketing & Sales Suite
• Guide customers through the full journey - from first viewing to final completion
• Drive sales by securing reservations, exchanges, and completions
• Deliver outstanding service with weekly customer contact and support
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience

What You'll Bring:

• Experience of working in the Residential New Build Property Sector or in a front-line customer-facing sales role.
• Proven customer service experience
• A passion for customer service and building lasting relationships
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (CRM experience a plus!)
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A-levels or equivalent education required
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of IT systems and ability to use dedicated CRM.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce accurate, clear and concise reports.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and able to plan your own workloads.
• Proactive and self-motivated.

Working Pattern:

• Thursday to Monday
  (with 2 Sundays off every 4 weeks)
• On weeks without a Sunday shift, you'll work either Tuesday or Wednesday.
