OverviewThe OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Manchester store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 13.5 hours per week.As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will guide the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values.
