Sales Consultant – Oxford Office | £100k+ Potential | Warm Leads Only

What you’ll do

  • Speak to inbound student enquiries (100% warm leads)
  • Qualify, advise, and guide them through the enrolment process
  • Hit and exceed conversion targets to unlock uncapped commission
  • Option to generate your own leads for extra cash bonuses

We’re looking for

  • Minimum 12 months in telesales, recruitment, lettings, or similar phone-based sales role
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Ambitious, money-motivated and driven to succeed


Oxford-based role (office-based). You must live within a commutable distance.
