Reporting to the Store Manager, you will sell and advise customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, with the possibility of up-grading products whilst promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.We offer a premium experience to our customers so you will be involved in large and smaller scale events for both products and accessories. Working as a team you will strive to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive, you will be required to demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face to face and written. You'll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to quotations and queries.You will bring previous experience of working in a customer facing role and can demonstrate credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to effectively multi task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.You will be working on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours a week, working across 5 days on a rota covering Monday to Sunday.ResponsibilitiesSell and advise customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, with opportunities to upgrade products.Promote pride and passion for the Miele brand through customer interactions.Participate in large and small-scale events for products and accessories.Hit sales targets for yourself and the team as part of a collaborative effort.Demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face-to-face, and written communication; respond to quotations and queries.Demonstrate credibility, confidence, and a professional attitude in a customer-facing role.Adapt to systems and processes; work well as part of a team to achieve results.QualificationsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role with credibility and confidence.Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes.Strong communication skills across telephone, in-person, and written formats.Working patternFull-time, 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days on a rota covering Monday to Sunday.What can we offerWe offer up to £13.16 per hour plus an evolving pay and benefits package.
