Are you a confident, driven individual with a passion for property and exceptional customer service skills? A leading national housebuilder is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team based in the Suffolk/Essex region.


About the Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of the business at one of our premium new-build developments, guiding buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing their new home — from initial enquiry to handing over the keys.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all potential and existing homebuyers
  • Managing the entire sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Conducting viewings and presenting the development in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
  • Working closely with site and sales management teams to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensuring marketing materials and show homes are presented to the highest standard


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, personable, and motivated by targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport required
