The Role:

- Leading the Car Sales team to hit & exceed sales targets; - Support the Sales team through deals, including second-facing and closing techniques; - Maintaining compliance across financial processes and documents; - Monitoring deal performance, identifying opportunities to grow; - Creating a high-energy, high-performance culture; - Stepping in for site management when required.

The Requirements:

- A background in Car Sales, preferably high-volume and used car sales; - Full UK driving licence; - Management experience within an Automotive sales environment; - Professional and approachable; - FCA Accredited, or willingness to train.
