Car Sales Controller required for busy retail operation based in Hinckley
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses 
  • OTE: £60,000+
  • Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-4pm 

    • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a high-volume, fast-paced used car operation in Hinckley.

    With 550–600 vehicles on site at any given time, this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.

    Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Controller:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong results and exceed targets.
  • Assist with deals, finance, value-added products, and closing support.
  • Ensure compliance across all financial documentation and regulatory processes.
  • Step in to support site management when required.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on success.

    • What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven background in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy sales environment.
  • Well-organised, motivated, and target-driven.
  • Approachable and professional with customers, with strong communication skills.
  • FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training.
