Spencer Clarke Group are working with a fast-growing, innovative organisation who are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their team based in Southport. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will directly drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and managing quotations and proposals, supporting commercial operations
• Assisting in negotiating pricing, volumes, and contractual terms with new and existing clients
• Acting as the key point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Coordinating with internal teams (planning, accounts, management) to deliver seamless service
• Maintaining accurate account records and generating reports for clients and senior management
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with colleagues across the business

About you

• Experience in commercial or administrative roles within waste management, environmental services, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of waste regulations is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
