Aa growing business based in Shefford, is seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

This is a proactive, hands-on role where your tenacity will be essential. You'll manage everything from processing customer inquiries and generating quotes to proactively following up and applying expert negotiation skills to secure profitable orders.

As the Sales Coordinator you will:

Efficiently process inbound customer inquiries from both existing and new clients to generate accurate sales orders and quotations. Demonstrate strong tenacity by proactively and assertively following up on all inquiries and quotes using various communication channels, including phone calls, email, and company WhatsApp to maximise sales conversion. Apply commercial awareness to understand product pricing structures and expertly negotiate pricing with customers to secure orders and optimise profit margins. Proactively conduct outbound engagement with current customers to nurture and further develop relationships, assess future purchasing needs, and drive account growth. Initiate outbound communication with potential new customers to successfully develop new relationships and generate new sales opportunities and market growth.
