Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting sales success? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading, national distribution business as a Sales Co-ordinator at their Tamworth office.

What you'll be doing:

* Provide vital admin support to the Sales and Customer Service teams. * Liaise with stock controllers to ensure optimal stock levels for key accounts. * Run regular customer reports and analyse data for account reviews. * Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data. * Manage product coding, order input, rollouts, and printed stock. * Handle pricing checks and support with resolving queries. * Co-ordinate customer presentations, compliance reviews, and sample requests. * Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. * Assist in appointment setting and tracking quotes for new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a sales support, admin or coordination role. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Exceptional organisational skills and a logical, methodical approach to work. * Proactive and solution-focused with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads. * Strong communication skills and confidence building internal and external relationships. * Passion for providing first-class customer service. * A team player who is self-motivated and driven to get results.
