Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Process sales orders and accurately input purchase order numbers into the system Raise and manage invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation Provide regular order updates to customers and internal departments Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and support general sales administration tasksThe ideal candidate will have:
