RSW are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Coordinator for a permanent role with their Client, a specialist manufacturer based in Caerphilly. Excellent opportunity for progression for the right candidate.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing excellent customer care (both internally and externally).
The role will encompass most areas of the business and as such, you will have cross-functional skills to enable you to act as a key point of contact for colleagues and customers.

You may also be given projects from the management team that will benefit the company and our customers, resulting in improved services and profitability.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Quote Facilitation – Taking enquiries from our Customers/Sales Team and liaising with the estimating department to ensure they have all of the relevant information to be able to produce quotes in a timely fashion.
* Following up on estimates produced and gaining feedback from our customers for business analysis.
* Converting won estimates into live jobs ensuring they contain relevant information for the operators to produce the job accurately and without delays....
