Mission: The Sales Development Representative Lead (SDRL) at Xurrent is accountable for driving consistent pipeline generation, supporting revenue growth, and building a high-performing business development team in the European region. The SDRL is tasked with cultivating a team that is well-prepared, skilled, and capable of executing on the company's regional growth objectives. The SDRL will report directly to the VP of Sales and be based in the Paddington office.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Optimize the SDR Engine: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to hire, enable, and operate a high-performing SDR function.
- Metrics-Driven Leadership: Instill a performance-focused culture within the team, employing a KPI-driven approach to measure activities, processes, and results.
- Execution Precision: Drive demand generation, forecast accuracy, and ensure the precise execution of processes to meet or exceed quarterly performance targets.
- Cross-Functional Connectivity: Identify opportunities for improvement, leading and facilitating change to build a more connected operation across functional areas.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively anticipate challenges and opportunities, executing ongoing performance improvements.
- Cultural Leadership: Act as a culture bearer, maintaining a positive company culture where team members thrive.
Requirements:
- 1+ year SDR experience as a top performer, at or above quota targets
- 1-2 years demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
- Demonstrated understanding of an agile SDR process from standups, performance reviews, active coaching, performance enhancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skils
- Familiar with BANT, MEDDIC, or other frameworks
- Fluency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc
- Preferred – Experience working with, communicating to and building relationships with IT Pro and Executives
