Purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive new business growth and develop strategic partnerships across Southern UK. This role requires a proactive approach, with an expectation that you will be frequently on the road, visiting potential partners to build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities. This is a pivotal role for Easee’s expansion, where you’ll shape our presence in a high-potential market, build strong relationships with partners, and help make electrification effortless for everyone.

What you will do:
New Business Development (70%)
- Identify and engage new potential clients and partners, introducing them to Easee’s solutions.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through data-driven market mapping and outreach.
- Lead negotiations, craft proposals, and close deals to establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful integration.
- Expand Easee into new verticals and untapped markets within the Southern UK.
Partner Management & Growth (30%)
- Manage a select portfolio of 10–15 high-potential accounts, nurturing long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Provide tailored product education and business reviews to help partners maximize success.
- Organize training sessions and events to ensure partners and installers are fully equipped.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and partner success to enhance partner performance.
Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice and consultation to clients, recommending the most suitable solutions based on their requirements.
- Monitor regional performance, share market insights, and adjust strategy for maximum impact.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide clear forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate and support the Marketing team with partners on joint marketing initiatives, attending industry events, and representing Easee to strengthen brand awareness and foster alliances.
Who you are:
- A proven B2B sales professional with 3–4+ years’ experience, ideally in distribution, energy, or automotive sectors
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven to open new doors and resilient through long sales cycles
- Highly organized, skilled in CRM (Salesforce), and comfortable with commercial reporting
- Adaptable and curious, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Based in or near London with the flexibility to travel frequently across Southern UK
- Holder of a valid UK driver’s license
