Overview The Sales Development program is designed to prepare you for sales account management at Hussmann. If you are highly motivated and driven to be high performing consultative seller, this program will help provide you with the tools for success. Responsibilities
Meaningfully contribute to the team (Sales, Quoting, Coordination, Logistics) by providing customer expectations, project information/updates, confirmed deadlines and post shipment deliverable requirements. Sales Project Manager to attend customer meetings (onsite when needed), review project schedules and coordinate equipment deliveries with installing contractors, both internal and external. Record product deficiencies & follow-up with remedial steps, both temporary and permanent, to ensure customer satisfaction. Show inquisitiveness and eagerness to gain sales- or business-related knowledge; scan the environment for experiences that can provide new skills, behaviors, and knowledge; proactively make time for these experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, engineering or technical degree a plus. 0-2 years related experience. Ability to travel to attend customer meetings, plant visits, and other meaningful sales driven experiences. Must be comfortable working with quick turnaround times. Have a keen ability to create and manage project deadlines. Technical aptitude demonstrated through interest and exposure to new technology. Food retailer and/or Refrigeration Industry experience a plus. Willingness to relocate within the US for advancement opportunities.
