About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive , you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to grow a client base. You will position my clients custom learning solutions to meet client needs and help establish as a long-term partner. This involves evaluating leads, making qualifying calls, and analyzing your approach to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities: Qualify and manage incoming leads, making timely contact to assess their needs, budget, and timelines. Achieve targets for response times and the number of qualified leads. Provide regular reports and analysis on lead status to the Head of Business Development. Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve our lead generation process.
Essential Experience & Capabilities: Minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience , preferably in IT or software. Proven track record of qualifying leads and building relationships. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. A team player who can also work independently.
