Sales Development Representative London / WFH to £40k base (£130k OTE) Are you a bright, ambitious Sales Development Representative with an interest in technology / cybersecurity? You could be progressing your career at a rapidly scaling Cyber Security technology company. What's in it for you: Salary to £40k base with OTE of £130k in the first year (rising to £180k in the second) Continuous training Remote working Excellent career progression as the company scales Your role: As a Sales Development Representative you'll focus on selling a fairly new managed services (MSP) offering, that handles the full spectrum of IT security. Following an intensive product training process you will begin by prospecting and generating your own leads, following your first deal you'll then also receive warm leads to work with. The average deal size is around £100k (with 10% commission paid on all sales in the same month the deal is done), you'll own the whole sales lifecycle, leading discovery calls and demos that solve problems and negotiating deals that please both parties. There's a dynamic, collaborative environment with continual learning, self development and career growth opportunities. Location / WFH: You can work from home, collaborating colleagues remotely but must be commutable to London every 2-3 weeks. About you: You have commercial sales experience and are ready to step up to bigger deals and targets You have an enthusiasm and ability to learn about technology and cybersecurity and be able to talk confidently about product and service features to both technical and c-suite prospects You enjoy working in fast paced environments with quick decision making and deal turn-around You know how to ask the hard questions, handle objections and push deals across the line You're motivated, proactive to build your own pipeline, competitive but also a team player You have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills You're likely to be degree educated, STEM discipline preferred (but not essential) You have a good understanding of cyber security concepts
