About the role:
You will be on the front line, reaching out to potential clients, and playing a critical role in driving the growth of PayFit UK. Day to day, you'll be prospecting, raising awareness around PayFit, and qualifying new opportunities with senior decision makers.
You will:
- Prospect and build the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects via phone, email, social media, and online events. Creativity and strategic thinking are encouraged for outbound campaigns.
- Identify key decision makers and demonstrate how PayFit can solve their challenges.
- Understand and communicate our value proposition across various industries and personas.
- Convert outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet.
- Manage data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged and updated.
- Share ideas and best practices to contribute to PayFit UK growth.
This position is based in London. The SDR team is expected to work from the office 2-3 times a week.

You will work alongside 7 SDRs and collaborate with our Global Sales teams, sharing insights and ideas to drive PayFit UK’s success.
Your Future Manager:
Ella Vallance, with 3 years of SaaS sales experience, will ensure smooth onboarding and career development.
The role provides foundational sales training and a springboard for your SaaS sales career.
Hiring process:
- Discovery call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min)
- Onsite meeting with SDR Manager, technical discussion, and role-play (up to 1h)
- Interview with Head of Sales (30 min)
