Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)

Our client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking trading firm specialising in physical commodities and market intelligence. They work at the intersection of global supply chains and data-driven insight, helping their clients make strategic decisions with confidence through their innovative SaaS platform.
They are looking for a driven and energetic German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing commercial team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the DACH region and beyond, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.
What's On Offer
- £45,000 - £55,000 base salary + uncapped commission (£75k OTE in Year 1)
- Fast-track progression to Account Executive or Customer Success roles based on merit, not tenure.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage German-speaking leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads.
- Work closely with sales and trading teams to schedule meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
- 9 to 18 months of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (experience in commodities, finance, or SaaS is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
- Motivated by performance, growth, and uncapped earning potential.
