Salary: £25-30k + uncapped commission

Since we started, we’ve helped 98 different companies win Talent. We’re super proud of that, but there’s much more to do. To fuel this growth, we’re hiring an SDR to join our Business Development team and help us reach even more clients.
The Role
As an SDR at FIND, you’ll be the engine that powers our growth. Your mission is to generate opportunities for our senior BD team by connecting with decision-makers, sparking conversations, and booking quality meetings.
This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, confident on the phone, and loves the buzz of sales.
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
* Book meetings for our BD team with new clients
* Qualify prospects to ensure they’re a good fit for our staffing solutions
* Use our sales tech stack to manage pipelines and track outreach activity
