Job Summary:
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Triple Whale are key drivers of our Sales team's growth. In this role, you will lead initial conversations with potential clients, sparking interest in Triple Whale. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a new function in the UK, cultivate meaningful relationships, and hone essential sales skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be joining an expanding global team of talented SDR's who are passionate about guiding clients to success. This will be our first London-based SDR role as we continue to grow in the UK. While the position is remote, we require candidates to be based in London (or a commutable distance), with the possibility that the role may transition to hybrid or in-office as the team continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Prospecting - Engage decision-makers through video, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Craft compelling, standout messaging that resonates with eCommerce professionals.
- Personalized Outreach - Utilize tools like Loom and Vidyard to create tailored, impactful messaging.
- Tell data-driven stories that highlight Triple Whale’s unique value proposition.
- Leverage platform insights to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Relationship Building & Client Discovery
- Foster trust and rapport through consultative conversations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, educating and inspiring prospects about Triple Whale.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Agility; work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, ideally in SaaS or Ecommerce.
- Creative Prospecting: Strong track record with email and video-based outreach (Loom or Vidyard experience is a plus).
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build authentic connections.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple outreach threads and follow-ups effectively.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and development.
