What's the role?
Come and Meet the Head of Sales for an overview of the team and insights into our sales process.
- You’ll be responsible for cold calling and outbound activities across different UK territories to generate sales pipeline.
- You’ll prospect and convert outbound leads into quality conversations.
- You’ll manage UK inbound leads generated by our Marketing team.
- You’ll organize online product demonstrations for our Account Executive team.
Your skills, experience, and values:
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales development representative (SDR) or outbound sales role, engaging in cold outreach. SaaS or tech experience is a plus but not required; B2B sales experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone.
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude to manage a busy workload.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn, valuing professional and personal growth.
- Highly organized with a passion for new and exciting technology.
- Confidence in sales abilities and handling objections effectively.
- Technically savvy, eager to learn and understand our evolving product features to better serve customers.
Salary & Benefits
The base salary ranges up to £32-35,000, with over £12,000 in uncapped commissions and sales bonuses.
Additional benefits include: dedicated sales training (internal and external), 23 days off plus UK bank holidays, a £50 monthly gym contribution, pension scheme, a MacBook Air, breakfast and snacks at our modern workspace near Elephant & Castle station.
We operate a hybrid working model (minimum 10 days in the office per month), but you are welcome to come in more often if you prefer.
