What you’ll bring
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth by creating and qualifying opportunities. This is a high-activity, high-impact role, working closely with Account Executives and the wider commercial team.
Key responsibilities:
70% prospecting via calls, emails, and digital outreach Booking sales-qualified meetings across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients Supporting Account Executives on demos and customer interactions Feeding valuable insights back to the Product team Managing personal pipeline, admin, and reporting
What you’ll bring:
2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or proven success in B2B/B2C sales Confidence in outbound prospecting and business development Resilience, coachability, and a positive, high-energy presence A clear understanding of your strengths, development areas, and career goals Ideally: a background in 360 recruitment, SaaS, or RecTech, with a track record of consistent achievement
