Sales Development Representative – SaaS
The Role We’re supporting a fast-growing international SaaS business looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding EMEA sales team. SDRs are the engine of their growth — generating pipeline through research, targeted outreach, and precise qualification. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to create high-quality opportunities.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) based in the London office.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is required .
Key Responsibilities Run multi-touch, multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and events Personalise outreach using account research and market triggers Book qualified meetings and build a strong early-stage pipeline Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and share feedback from the field Keep Salesforce data accurate and report weekly on activity, meetings, and SQOs
What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience specifically as an SDR in a SaaS business Fluent in French and English Resilient, curious, and confident with written and phone outreach Comfortable working to metrics and open to coaching and feedback Able to work in the London office 3 days per week (Tue–Thu)
The Package Competitive salary: £35,000–£50,000 basic plus commission Hybrid working with central London office Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities
