About The Position We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This multifaceted role is crucial to our company's growth, as it involves driving sales initiatives, researching key accounts, generating high-quality leads, secure new meetings, and leveraging social selling techniques to develop new business. You will be aligned with a Senior Sales Executive, gaining valuable training, insight, mentorship, and sales best practices to expedite your professional development. Key Responsibilities: Achieving sales KPIs including but not limited to net new prospects, booked meetings, CRM pipeline health, proposals, net new clients, and net new revenue. Market response
timely response to inbound leads
via email and follow up through social media, to secure follow up meetings/calls for senior sales executives. Work on targeted lists of potential new sponsors to secure follow up meetings/calls for senior sales reps. Incorporate social selling tactics into your sales approach to target accounts, using social media to connect, engage, and convert new leads into customers. Monitor social presence of key customers and prospects (& report to sales to target outreach). Build and maintain a robust lead generation pipeline by continuously identifying new leads and nurturing existing ones. Attend conferences and exhibitions to expand our vendor pool. Identify potential customers on social media, reach out to prospects, and present our offerings effectively. Requesting meeting appointments for our sales team to follow up. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1 year in B2B sales Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Eager to learn, be coached, and able to turn coaching into action. Creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of initiative. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
