About the Role Were seeking a results-driven Sales Development Team Leader to join our Service Department in Portadown. In this key role, youll lead our Sales Development Advisors, ensuring the team maximises opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales across GB and Ireland. From promoting and upselling maintenance plans to building long-lasting customer relationships, youll play a vital role in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and supervise the Commissioning team to achieve and exceed targets. Promote and sell commissioning services and new contracts to both existing and potential customers. Collaborate with Account Management and other sales operations to maximise cross-departmental opportunities. Monitor and report on campaign performance, producing weekly and monthly results reports. Maintain the highest levels of customer service to drive improved NPS scores. Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that encourages collaboration and success. Uphold and promote compliance with all company policies, product compliance obligations, and health & safety requirements. Integrate compliance into daily business practices and actively encourage a culture of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. About You Qualifications: Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. Experience & Knowledge: Proven sales experience with a strong individual track record. Experience in a management role in Customer Services, Sales or Logistics Commissioning sales experience highly desirable. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a professional approach. Knowledge of Waste Water industry is desirable. Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop long term relationships are essential, combined with the drive and enthusiasm to work in a progressive, target driven, competitive business. Ability to deliver results under pressure and to deadlines. Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail. Confident using MS Office and ERP experience is essential. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
