The Role

As Sales Director, you’ll shape and deliver the sales strategy for our LGE business, driving revenue growth and expanding into clean energy markets. This high‑impact leadership role influences marine and energy solutions, develops innovative offerings, and builds strategic partnerships that advance global sustainability and security.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Drive market expansion into clean energy while strengthening existing markets.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Design and commercialise innovative packaged solutions for marine applications.

This full‑time role is 37.5 hours per week and offers hybrid working arrangements with on‑site presence in Rosyth, UK and international travel (1 week every month).

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in marine and/or hydrocarbon/clean energy sales environments.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to build relationships and seek out new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
