Sales Director - IT Solutions

Location: London (Hybrid / Field-based) | Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Technology.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships, leveraging existing networks and cultivating new contacts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to create client-focused solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff as the UK and EU team grows.

About you

  • 15+ years' experience in B2B IT services sales, including 7+ years in new business/hunter roles.
  • Proven success in closing complex software, cloud, and data deals (mid-six to seven-figure).
  • Strong network in UK enterprise and mid-market sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excellent at communication and presentation.
  • Experience working with global delivery and pre-sales teams.
  • Degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA desirable).
  • UK work authorisation and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
