Sales Director - IT Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid / Field-based) | Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Uncapped Commission
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Technology.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships, leveraging existing networks and cultivating new contacts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to create client-focused solutions.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff as the UK and EU team grows.
About you
- 15+ years' experience in B2B IT services sales, including 7+ years in new business/hunter roles.
- Proven success in closing complex software, cloud, and data deals (mid-six to seven-figure).
- Strong network in UK enterprise and mid-market sectors.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excellent at communication and presentation.
- Experience working with global delivery and pre-sales teams.
- Degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA desirable).
- UK work authorisation and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
