This is a pivotal leadership position for a strategic, results-driven professional who can inspire teams, drive growth, and elevate our client experience.
What You’ll Do Shape and execute a unified sales strategy aligned with group objectives Identify and capitalise on new market and revenue opportunities Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and business development teams Optimise CRM systems and sales processes for maximum efficiency Build and nurture key client and partner relationships Collaborate closely with Marketing agency, Operations, and Finance to deliver cohesive, high-impact results Monitor performance, provide clear forecasts, and continually improve conversion and retention
