Drive regional account acquisition and retention, identifying new markets and opportunities.Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, managing hiring, performance, training, and development. Develop and implement strategies to achieve key sales targets.Client Focus: Build executive‑level relationships with decision‑makers and clients. Engage directly with enterprise clients, providing end‑to‑end technology solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.Solution Selling: Build strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities. Represent AVI‑SPL in delivering tailored, customer‑centric solutions.Forecasting & Performance Management: Oversee lead management, assist with proposal development, and track/report key metrics such as bookings and forecast accuracy. Coordinate and lead bid and risk assessment activities, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning.People Management: Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals. Represent the sales team for the UK and Ireland and collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives.Collaboration and Innovation: Engage with internal and external partners to develop innovative solutions and services. Share best practices, insights, and market observations to elevate organizational performance.
