Sales Enablement Manager

Mission here is to design and implement high impact onboarding, coaching and ongoing training programs that will motivate and inspire salespeople at all levels across an EMEA SaaS organisation in growth mode from their London office (hybrid; 2 days in London office). From onboarding entry level to developing new and existing leaders, you’ll own the content, budget and ultimately the success of an expertly curated mix of live training, audio and video content, elearning platforms and external courses.
Salespeople here represent a unique, undisputed champ in their space (L&D, Edtech). They explain the value of complex products consistently and with energy at the most senior levels of business on a sales journey.
Your programs will create confidence and consistency in terms of knowledge, technique and message. You’ll understand what makes salespeople tick and have the energy to motivate and engage even the most seasoned of sales professionals in their ongoing learning and development.
Partnering with senior stakeholders across the global sales and sales enablement organisations and working closely with C-level, you’ll manage and deliver against expectations and of course ROI on budgets. You’ll also have strong interest in tech to uncover valuable tools.
If you can tell great stories, starting with how you’ve successfully delivered sales training programs, then please do get in touch. Outstanding communication skills in English are a must; as you’ll also be hands on with the wider EMEA team then international experience and European language skills are also major advantages.
