Sales Engineer - Construction Temporary Works 

Scotland - Glasgow / Edinburgh

Up to £50,000, Monthly commission, OTE £60,000 - £65,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Fuelcard


Our client is a leading provider of construction temporary works solutions, providing expertise for civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility projects across the UK and Europe.


This client is successful, profitable, fast paced and growing.


Working from the Central belt of Scotland, we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with good knowledge of the Construction Temporary Works industry and ideally knowledge of Formwork, Falsework or Scaffolding Solutions to join an outstanding team.


In this position, you will:


  • Help to build a Sales strategy to identify and target new customers to secure Temporary Works opportunities
  • Grow revenue from existing customers
  • Develop a project pipeline to grow market share in the Scottish region
  • Increase market penetration
  • Identify target projects in their early stages in order to develop potential business 


To be considered, you will offer:


  • Good experience in selling Temporary Works solutions  
  • Good experience in Formwork, Falsework or scaffolding solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Drive and ambition
  • Good communication and relationship building skills


What's on Offer:
