Sales Engineer MRO / Motor & Pump Repair Location: Manchester-based Salary: £48,000 £58,000 base + £10,000 bonus potential Commission: OTE around £15,000 per annum, paid quarterly Co car or allowance Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing client in Manchester. Youll be covering a high-potential region including Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Cumbria, with the backing of two internal sales support staff based in Manchester. This role blends account management (70%) with new business development (30%). Youll inherit a range of accounts (with expected revenue of around £1M per year) while actively hunting for new opportunities in motor and pump repair, MRO services, and predictive maintenance. What Youll Be Doing: Manage and grow a portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring excellent service and revenue growth.
