A leading national business is seeking a Maintenance Estimator to join their growing team based in Salford Quays, with flexible hybrid working available. You’ll play a key role in developing cost-effective, value-driven pricing proposals for major maintenance contracts and framework agreements across the UK.

The Role

As the Maintenance Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

• Creating accurate and competitive pricing models for Fire & Security maintenance services
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather data, validate estimates, and align with delivery operations
• Supporting bid and sales teams with clear, client-focused cost proposals and documentation

You

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Estimator, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in estimating, pricing, or financial modelling within technical services or Fire & Security
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and data visualisation
• A commercially focused mindset, with excellent communication and organisational skills
