Internal Sales Advisor & Estimator - Maternity Cover (12 Months) Location:  Southampton Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Industry:  Plumbing & Heating Merchanting Are you experienced in the plumbing and heating supplies sector and looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Internal Sales Advisor & Estimator to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role: Manage incoming quotation requests and phone enquiries. Prepare and return quotations promptly and accurately. Advise on product availability and alternatives. Liaise with suppliers for contract pricing and special orders. Support the external sales team to maximise conversion rates. Follow up on leads and manage email communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of plumbing products and industry practices (an advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
