Our client is seeking Sales Executives (part‑time and flexible working options available) to join their supportive and ambitious sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for self‑stagers who are happy to manage their own time, workload, and KPIs, while enjoying a relaxed, positive environment where everyone wants to succeed and support each other.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing sales enquiries from initial contact through to legal completion
Maintaining the CRM Sales and Prospect workbench accurately
Proactively generating sales through Helping Hands and Part Exchange processes
Preparing and submitting reports as required
Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure a 5‑star buying experience
Supporting overall sales targets while managing your own schedule
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer‑facing sales role, ideally within new build homes or property sales
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own time and KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine desire to help customers find their perfect home
Full driving licence and access to your own transport
Travel may be required across multiple sites within the North East region
