We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, self‑motivated, compassionate, and committed people person to join our team as Sales Executive – someone to lead the sale of our beautiful new homes in and around Edinburgh.All our homes have been designed through our customer’s eyes to offer a modern, fresh, and flexible approach. We focus on delighting our customers with a home which matches their lifestyle, and we are looking for the right person to sell our customers their forever home.Reporting & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries, maintaining the COINS/CRM Sales and Prospect workbench, proactively identifying and achieving sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange process and preparing reports as required. You will also be responsible for clients from their initial enquiry through the sales process to legal completion.Qualifications & ExperienceThe successful applicant will have experience in a customer facing sales role, ideally selling new build homes.
