Make an impact across high‑value, highly regulated sectors. We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow revenue, expand market presence, and elevate brand visibility for our products across the UK.
What you’ll do Build and execute sector-specific sales strategies to hit revenue targets. Identify and prioritise target accounts; tailor solutions to customer needs. Act as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent service and resolving issues fast. Conduct market research to spot new opportunities, trends, and competitors. Deliver confident product demos and technical guidance. Collaborate with the Sales Team on plans and campaigns; produce regular forecasts and market feedback.
What you’ll bring Proven B2B (business to business) sales experience - ideally in the  nuclear industry  or related fields. Strong technical aptitude; able to learn and articulate complex products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently. Valid  UK driving licence  and willingness to travel regularly.
Location:   Home-based (UK) — candidates in the Midlands or a little south of the Midlands preferred; regular UK travel required. Reports to: Director of Business Development Salary:   £45,000–£55,000 +  discretionary bonus Benefits: Private medical • Death in service • Generous company pension contribution
