About Axiology

Axiology is a fast-growing licensed investment firm and inovative DLT Trading and Settlement System (TSS) changing the capital markets. We provide next-generation trading venue, custody, settlement and issuance services for brokers, neobanks and bond issuers.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand into new markets, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.


Your Role

As a Sales Executive at Axiology, you will:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Engage senior stakeholders at target financial institutions to book meetings and drive strategic conversations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through presentations and follow-ups.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, technology, compliance) to meet customer requirements.


We Believe You Have

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with SaaS products, with a solid understanding of the enterprise sales process.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Knowledge of financial markets is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and strategically approaching prospects.
  • Experience booking and managing meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, open-minded, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; local language skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

In this role, you won’t just sell what’s already built. You’ll help shape what gets built. Working closely with founders and the product team, you’ll explore market needs, turn client feedback into proposals, and influence our product roadmap.   • The salary range for this position is 3500€ - 5500€ gross per month.
