Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to join our team at D4P Media.

This role is all about building long-term, consultative relationships with both new and existing clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, understanding client needs, advising on solutions, and helping clients grow their printing and signage requirements.

You’ll combine sales skills with creativity, communication, and organisation to deliver excellent client services while driving business growth. You’ll be a fantastic team player.

This is a client-facing role where the most important activity is simple: talking to customers—in person, on the phone, online, and out networking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries from all platforms in a timely manner: phone, email, social media, website
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: email, social media, networking events, 1-1.
  • Manage & Grow major existing client accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Build Strong relationships within the Business Community & Represent the D4P Brand
  • Conduct client meetings & presentations to understand their needs.
  • Propose tailored solutions including printed materials, promotional items, digital media, and more.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the production team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPI’S as set by management.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Maintain awareness of market & media trends.
  • Work closely with the Commercial manager to evolve an effective 12month rolling marketing Schedule.
  • Keep up to date & clear daily activity logs to support weekly reporting .


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in the Printing, Signage, or Media).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. (written, spoken & face to face)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Confident, out-going personality with smart appearance.
  • Creative thinker who can spot opportunities for client growth & new products or markets.
  • Flexible approach to the role with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Networking Ability
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
