Location: Remote Role Overview: Were looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Youll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, primarily within the recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, outreach, referrals, and networking
Conduct discovery calls and product demos with agency decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Heads of Ops)
Tailor pitches and proposals that solve specific pain points using AIAURA's feature set
Manage and close deals through the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM
