Were looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Product Presentation: Present and promote our products/services effectively to potential customers. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with client expectations and company goals. Sales Management: Track leads, prepare quotes, and ensure a seamless sales process from start to finish. Customer Support: Handle post-sale inquiries and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Key Skills and Qualifications Essential Criteria At least 1 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar Strong sales and negotiation ability Proven problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated and target-driven Team player with a proven track record of supporting sales teams in reaching and exceeding targets. Desirable Criteria Degree in Business, Engineering or related field Sales Executive experience gained in the steel or heavy manufacturing sector.
