The Goodness Project – Powering office snack-time & corporate gifting with planet-friendly treats

Contract: 15 hrs/week · 3-month contract with room to grow

Location: Remote + occasional London events/meetings

At The Goodness Project, we’re on a mission to make workdays brighter and greener. We supply offices across the UK with better-for-you snacks and create unforgettable corporate gifting experiences — all plastic-free, carbon-neutral, and with a tree planted for every order.

As our new Sales Executive, you’ll help us grow our footprint in the workplace wellbeing and gifting space. You will:

·Build a robust pipeline through outreach, research, and LinkedIn prospecting

· Pitch our snack-supply plans and gift hampers to HR, office managers, and marketing leads

· Craft compelling proposals that convert

· Represent us at in-person tastings, trade shows, and high-value meetings (as needed)

· Work closely with the founder to improve sales processes and tracking

·Have 2–3+ years in B2B sales (snacks, gifting, promo merch, hospitality = extra points!)

·Are a confident closer with proven sales results

·Excel at remote work but are happy to jump on a train for the right pitch

·Believe in purpose-driven business and know your way around sustainability buzzwords

·Stay upbeat, adaptable, and motivated in a startup environment

·Sell something that makes people happy and does good

·Work with freedom and variety remote autonomy + real-life buzz

·Earn uncapped commission and grow with a fast-scaling, ethical brand
