Location: Tunbridge Wells Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. Sundays on a rota basis.

We're currently looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable dealership that values performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Deliver a high-quality, tailored customer experience from initial contact through to handover and aftersales support.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, working towards KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, promotions, and finance options.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
