Employment Type: Full-Time Department: BMW Motorrad Sales OTE Up to £50,000 per annum About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the perfect BMW motorcycle to match their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their riding preferences and recommend suitable BMW Motorrad models Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to final delivery and post-sale support Coordinate test rides, financing options, and trade-ins with professionalism Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Stay up to date with BMW Motorrad models, technologies, and accessories Build long-term relationships and grow a strong client base through referrals and proactive outreach Candidate Profile Previous experience in vehicle or lifestyle product sales (motorcycle sales preferred) Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle Goal-oriented with a customer-centric mindset Motorcycle license (preferred or required depending on location) Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission Comprehensive training through the BMW Group Sales Academy Opportunity to work with an iconic and evolving product line Clear pathways for career development within the BMW network A collaborative and energetic team environment About us: We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands, selling a huge range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.
