As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Allison Homes on‑site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
  • Deliver a five‑star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using our systems (training provided).
  • Stay one step ahead of the market—know the competition and understand local trends.
  • Keep show homes and marketing suites in top shape and showroom‑ready.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns that make an impact.
