Are you a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer? We're looking for an exceptional
Sales Executive to join our founding team and help revolutionise the international trade industry.
At XpoFairs, we're modernising a century-old industry by engineering a solution to the rising personal, financial, and environmental costs of traditional trade shows. You'll be one of our initial hires, playing a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
What You'll Do:
· Forge and grow key relationships with industry leaders and clients as a trusted face of the XpoFairs brand.
· Identify new market opportunities by staying ahead of industry trends and client needs.
· Coordinate critical operational workflows to ensure our sales engine runs smoothly and deliver the key value to partners and exhibitors.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, tech, and customer success.
· Play a hands-on role in scaling operations as we expand into new industries and regions.
Who You Are:
- An excellent negotiator, organizer, and problem-solver.
- Ideally have a year or two of full cycle sales experience
- You thrive in high-energy environments and can multitask and pivot as needed.
- You are analytically sharp, commercially savvy, and have a natural curiosity for how businesses grow.
- You are excited to shape the future of global trade and take ownership of high-impact initiatives.
