Renowned for its customer-first approach and technical expertise, it supports everything from small product orders to large, complex suspended-ceiling and partitioning projects. Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking a Sales Executive to strengthen the team and meet rising customer demand. Role
Manage inbound customer enquiries, providing friendly advice, technical support, and accurate quotations. Review drawings and specifications to prepare material take-offs, source pricing, and confirm product availability. Recommend suitable systems and value-engineered alternatives to improve cost, efficiency, or lead times. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and contribute feedback to enhance processes and service quality.
The Person
Previous sales or account management experience. Good numerical skills & IT skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to work effectively with customers, builders, and trade professionals. Proactive, reliable, and team-focused, with a positive attitude and confidence negotiating with suppliers. Commutable distance from Cheltenham.
