Salary: Up to £32k base + £55k OTE (Uncapped)

What You’ll Do
- Manage a steady flow of warm, qualified enquiries
- Pitch solutions that fit customer needs
- Close deals quickly and consistently
- Hit (and exceed) KPIs
- Be part of a supportive, high-energy sales team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year in a sales role with targets
- Confident communicator with strong closing skills
- Motivated by results and daily wins
- Able to build rapport quickly and handle objections smoothly
- Organised, proactive, and driven
