Harron Homes are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive to achieve sales targets. Objectives of the role - To be responsible for achieving New Homes Sales, in line with achieving/exceeding set targets, maximising revenues wherever possible and positively contributing to the company’s growth. Key duties/responsibilities - * Engage professionally with all prospective and existing buyers to ensure an exceptional customer experience. * Proactively follow up on all leads from digital platforms, calls, and head office referrals. * Maintain the presentation and upkeep of the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and signage to the highest standard. * Monitor online listings and report any inaccuracies to the relevant team members. * Stay informed on local competitors and provide monthly updates. * Build relationships with local estate agents to generate new leads. * Research and maintain knowledge of local amenities, schools, retail, and transport links. * Promote purchasing incentives and company-nominated solicitors effectively. * Highlight and support strategies for selling unsold units. * Maximise sales of optional extras to boost revenue. * Complete and manage standard colour choices and ensure installation accuracy. * Inspect and report on...
